Must See: TV Ad and Video from Victim Damaging to Kloppenberg Campaign
By now, probably everyone in Wisconsin has seen the television ad which essentially accuses State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser of assisting in ignoring the sexual abuse of children by a Catholic priest over 30 years ago. The ad is very damaging, as is its intent. It’s one of those ads which makes you grimace as you watch it. Fortunately, the two victims in that case immediately came forward to denounce the ad and exonerate Prosser.
Watch the following video from one of the two victims denouncing the television ads: http://www.youtube.com/watch? v=JX7Y8Flgu9o&hd=1
For those who personally know Justice Prosser, it is no surprise that he is not guilty of the actions which the ad alleges. Prosser is a highly respected jurist and person. Hopefully, the voting public will see through this vicious smear campaign and re-elect a thoughtful justice who deserves another 10 years on the bench.

Friends, here is a flier about David Prosser that you can download and distribute. Or you can just send the link to friends. Let's create a ton of votes for Prosser, the only candidate who believes in traditional marriage and the right to life. Why would we want a Justice who doesn't believe in those things?

Wisconsin Corn Growers Back Justice Prosser
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 03/25/2011
The Wisconsin Corn Growers Association is throwing its support behind Justice David Prosser for re-election to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
According to WCGA President Brian Long, "Justice David Prosser has been a strong supporter of the right to farm act and a friend to small business. He also has been clear in upholding Wisconsin's use-value assessment law for farmland property taxation," Long said.
Prosser was first appointed to the bench in 1998 and was elected to a full term in 2001. Prior to his service on the state's highest court, Prosser served 18 years in the State Assembly, where he eventually became Speaker.
"Prosser's opponent, Ms. (JoAnne) Kloppenberg, is a government lawyer from Madison who has made a career of representing the DNR in lawsuits against farmers, homeowners, and small businesses," Long said in a media release. "The choice for Wisconsin's farmers is clear. Prosser alone stands on our side."
The two will square off in the spring election on April 5.
